By signing up for the Cruise With Sal & Debi
Cruise, you expressly agree to the following
Terms and Conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT WILL BE
FROM "CARNIVAL CRUISE LINES" for the cruise
travel portion of your ticket and/or "THE SAL
PITERA CMPANY" for the Convention Pass
Activities, as outlined below.
2. Your credit card will be automatically
billed at the following schedule:
$200.00 Per Person at Sign Up $250.00 Per
Person on June 1, 2023 $250.00 Per Person
on August 1, 2023 Balance Due on October 1,
2023
You will be billed the total you agreed to when
you sign up for the cruise. The cost of the
cruise WILL increase as we sell cabins, but you
will be locked in, at the price when you sign
up.
3. Tickets are 100% Refundable until October 1,
2023. After October 1, 2023, tickets are
100% non-refundable. There are no exceptions to this
policy. By purchasing tickets, you agree to
accept the terms and conditions of Carnival
located at
http://www.carnival.com . In the
event that any term herein conflicts with any
term on Carnival.Com, these terms will prevail.
4. All cruise travel billing (except
your convention pass outlined below, are billed
DIRECTLY BY CARNIVAL CRUISE LINES. THE SAL
PITERA COMPANY WILL NEVER BILL YOU DIRECTLY FOR
YOUR CRUISE TICKET.
5. After booking, you
will receive your "CONVENTION PASS" Please note
that while the price of your CONVENTION PASS was
included in the overall price, it billed
COMPLETELY SEPERATE in the amount of $100.00 per
person. This covers welcome bags, check in
gifts, workshops, meet and greets and other
events during the convention.
THE CONVENTION PORTION OF YOUR TICKET ($100.00
per attendee) will be billed by The Sal Pitera
Company. Remember, the convention portion of
your ticket is completely separate then the
cruise travel portion of your ticket. Again,
your Convention Pass is completely seperate from
any travel services.
6. Once
your ticket order has been received and
processed, you will receive an e-mail
confirmation. Changes made after you register
your passengers may incur a $100.00 fee. No
changes can be made after October 1, 2023.
7. By purchasing a ticket, you agree not to
hold The Sal Pitera Company. or any of it's
owners, employees, contractors, affiliates,
credit card processors or sponsors liable for
any action that may arise from the purchase or
usage of your tickets, including but not limited
to travel to, from or during the cruise.
8. Minimum room occupancy is two people. If you
are only buying one ticket, we will attempt to
match you with another single traveler of the
same sex.
9. Seminars and On-Board
Events are subject to change at the sole
discretion of The Sal Pitera Company

Tickets do NOT include transportation to and
from Cruise or hotel arrangements before or
after.
11. Refunds for cancellations made
prior to October 1, 2023 are processed within
60 days after cruise date.
12. We will
automatically re-bill your credit card in
accordance with the payment schedule listed
above. 13. Please consider purchasing
Travel Insurance. Should the cruise and
convention be cancelled for any reason, the
tickets are non-refundable.
14. Taxes
and Port Charges can and sometimes do change.
They normally do not raise or lower any more
than five to ten dollars per passenger. Should
these raise or lower, you will be
charged/refunded the difference. 15. We
do not offer Airfare to the port city. You are
responsible for your transportation to and from
the cruise. 16. It is YOUR
responsibility to contact us at 330-968-4300 if
you need to update your credit card. If your
card fails payment, we will attempt to contact
you. Failure to update your credit card COULD
end with your cruise being canceled by the
cruise line, without refund. 17. You are
responsible to make sure you have the proper
documentation for cruise travel. As of February,
2017, you will need at least an original or
certified birth certificate and a state issued
identification. However, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND
the use of a passport. For up to date

. 18. Free cruise giveaway is ONLY if
we sell out the group and does not include port
charges and taxes. Winner will drawn on-board
the cruise ship! Winner will be dwawn at random
from all paid cabins. You do not need to be
present at the drawing to win! 19. Hotel
and Bus transfers are NOT included in your
cruise ticket. We as we secure a hotel at a
discounted price and bus services, we will
inform you and give you the option to book.
